The Asia Pacific Regional Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea (APRCPRK) consider a great privilege to send Your Excellency our warmest greetings and revolutionary congratulations on 62nd anniversary of great leader Comrade KIM JONG IL's start of songun revolutionary leadership by visiting the Seoul Ryu Kyong Su 10th Tank Division of Korean People's Army on August 25,1960 which was a landmark event in the implementation of the revolutionary cause of Juche.
Songun is a proud tradition of the Korean revolution which was pioneered by great leader Comrade KIM IL SUNG and led by Comrade KIM JONG IL is the banner of victory and glory.
It is matter of fact that the might of songun has foiled every war move against the DPRK and anti-reunification policy of US imperialist and South Korean stooges, raised the dignity, prestige, honour and influence of DPRK in the international arena and increased support and solidarity with the cause of Korean revolution.
We are confident that the songun politics contributed to bring about a turning point in the cause of Korean national reunification bolstering up international solidarity with the Korean revolution and rapidly develop foreign relations.
The progressive people of the world realized that the Songun politics guarantees the building of a powerful socialist nation, Korean reunification and the victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche.
We witness that all the eye opening events that took place in socialist Korea are the fruition of Songun idea .Today DPRK has a powerful nuclear weapons no enemy dares to attack.
Today under the sagacious and wise songun based leadership of Respected Supreme leader Marshal KIM JONG UN the DPRK under the unfurled banner of the Juche, the banner of Songun,is demonstrating its dignity as an independent socialist nation facing bravely in the face of threats of enemy.
